Your First Visit
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by one of our friendly front desk staff members who will provide you with your new patient forms to fill out in our waiting area. Once those are complete, we’ll input your information into our system and take you back to a comfortable treatment area. We’ll capture X-rays and a dental assistant or hygienist will take an oral health and medical history. After your checkup, one of our dentists will inform you of any findings and you’ll receive a thorough professional teeth cleaning.
Patient Forms
All of our patients can expect to fill out their new patient forms when they arrive. We ask that you have your most recent dental insurance card ready, and we’ll be right there in case you have any questions.
Dental Insurance
We’re happy to file claims for all of our patients with PPO dental insurance plans to help you receive the maximum reimbursement. We’re also in-network with several major plans, meaning you can save from out-of-pocket costs and won’t have to wait for reimbursement if we’re partnered with your insurance company!
